Founder & Consultant
A proud Quebecer and Canadian originally from Morocco, I founded Tenet Stratégies in January 2023 specializing in public affairs, government relations, and rhetoric.
Previously, I worked as the Manager of Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement for Quebec and Eastern Canada at Neuron Mobility, a leading company in shared micromobility that operates electric scooters and bicycles in over 25 cities worldwide. My responsibilities included serving as a key spokesperson with public decision-makers (provincial and municipal elected officials) in Quebec and liaising with external organizations. I also led stakeholder engagement with various entities such as chambers of commerce, UMQ, FCM, business development corporations, environmental organizations, transit companies, and universities. Additionally, I supported government relations efforts across Canada, including in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.
I also held the position of Foreign Direct Investment Analyst with Invest Québec, following my experience as a Government and Public Relations Consultant at a consulting firm. In this role, I represented the interests of national and international organizations from various industries, including aerospace, aluminum, biotechnology, energy, video games, non-profits, financial services, and information technology, to different levels of government. My responsibilities included establishing strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders, writing and producing various documents and communication tools (such as sales pitches, press releases, speeches, briefs for pre-budget consultations, and communication plans), and developing media positioning strategies.

My political experience comes from my involvement in the youth wing of a provincial political party and my previous role as a political advisor to a member of the Quebec National Assembly. In this position, my responsibilities included meeting with lobby groups, studying the impact of the Réseau express métropolitain construction on the Laval community, and analyzing the effects of the labor shortage on SMEs.
As a political scientist by training, I hold a bachelor's degree in International Development Studies from McGill University and a master's degree in Political Science from the Université de Montréal. My academic excellence earned me a place on the Université de Montréal Dean's List. Currently, I am pursuing a part-time certificate in sustainable transition management at HEC Montréal and will begin a second master's degree in Applied Economics at the same institution in the fall of 2024.
I also served as the volunteer President of the Board for Connexion Internationale de Montréal, a network of young international business professionals in the Greater Montreal area. In this role, I collaborated with various stakeholders, including universities, Montréal International (an economic development agency), and Québec's Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie.
As an outstanding communicator with a passion for public affairs and a robust network of contacts, I possess a deep understanding of government operations and exceptional writing skills. I leverage these strengths to advocate effectively for my clients, promoting their positions and interests to institutional players, the media, and their target audience.
Mastering the art of public speaking is crucial to influence your audience and be heard, regardless of your field. This is an art I excel in.
What sets me apart? I combine the power of rhetoric with strategic influence.
Why "Tenet Strategies"?
The name "Tenet" was chosen carefully to reflect its etymological origin and its connection to the movie by acclaimed director Christopher Nolan. Derived from the Latin "tenere," meaning "to hold," "Tenet" evokes the persistence and strength of the strategies I propose. Additionally, in parallel with Nolan's film, "Tenet" refers to Sator's mysterious magic square, where the word "Tenet" is inscribed at the center, forming a cross and acting as the keystone of the square.
"Tenet Strategies" symbolizes my ability to solve the complex challenges my clients may face. Just as the magic square requires deep understanding to decipher, I am committed to bringing clarity and strategic vision to my public affairs services. "Tenet Stratégies" embodies my determination to master the field of public affairs by developing innovative strategies capable of solving complex problems and positioning you as a key player, even the keystone, in your industry.
